| [Istighfar] is begging for pardon and asking forgiveness from The Lord, The Mighty, The Forgiver, and asking for support for withdrawal from lapses from The Forgiver of Sin and The Acceptor of Repentance |
الاستغفار هو طلب المغفرة من العزيز الغفار
وطلب الإقالة من العثرات من غافر الذنب وقابل التوب |
| Among the Glorious Names of Allah are The Forgiver [Al-Ghaffar] and The Forgiving [Al-Ghafour], and they mean The Concealer of the sins of His slaves [ebad] and their flaws, Who overlooks their wrongdoings and sins. |
في أسماء الله تعالى الغَفّار والغَفور ، ومعناهما الساتر لذنوب عباده وعُيوبهم المُتجاوِز عن خطاياهم وذنوبهم |
Dhul-Nun al-Misri said: Asking for forgiveness [Istighfar] should be collective of several intentions:
– First: regret for what was done
– Second: the will to quit doing it
– Third: performing undone obligations of Lordly dues
– Fourth: repaying injustices to other people whether in money or honor, and seeking reconciliation
– Fifth: dissolution of all flesh that grew out of [haraam]
– Sixth: tasting the pain of obedience as you tasted the sweetness of disobedience |
قال ذو النون المصري: الاستغفار جامع لِمَعانٍ
أولهما: الندم على ما مضى-
الثاني: العزم على الترك-
والثالث: أداء ما ضيعت من فرض الله-
الرابع: رد المظالم في الأموال والأعراض والمصالحة عليها-
الخامس: إذابة كل لحم ودم نبت على الحرام-
السادس: إذاقة ألم الطاعة كما وجدت حلاوة المعصية- |
And [istighfar] should be performed at the end of all prayers and obediences so that the slave [abd] admits his shortcoming in order that his sins may be forgiven:
[Subhanahu] said about Hajj: "Then press on from where the people press on, and seek God's forgiveness; God is Forgiving, Merciful. [2:199]"
And in the early hours of dawn after ending night prayer [qiyam al-layl]: "Little of the night did they use to sleep, [51:17] and at dawns they used to seek forgiveness, [51:18]"
And The Lord commended those asking for forgiveness in the early hours of dawn: "...and the imploring God's pardon at daybreak [3:17]" |
وبالاستغفار تُختتم العبادات ليُقر العبد بتقصيره فيُغفر له ذنبه
قال سبحانه في الحج: ( ثُمَّ أَفِيضُواْ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَفَاضَ النَّاسُ وَاسْتَغْفِرُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ [٢:١٩٩])ء
وفي الأسحار عند الفراغ من قيام الليل: ( كَانُوا قَلِيلا مِّنَ اللَّيْلِ مَا يَهْجَعُونَ [٥١:١٧] وَبِالأَسْحَارِ هُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ [٥١:١٨])ء
وأثنى الله على المستغفرين بأوقات السحر فقال: ( وَالْمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ بِالأَسْحَارِ [٣:١٧])ء |
| And [istighfar] should be attempted as soon as the self [nafs] incites to do a sin: "And who when they commit an indecency or wrong themselves, remember God, and pray forgiveness for their sins - and who shall forgive sins but God? - and who do not persist in what they did, knowing. [3:135]" |
ويكون الاستغفار عند جموح النفس لمواقعة الذّنب ( وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُواْ فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُواْ أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُواْ اللّهَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُواْ لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَن يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ اللّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّواْ عَلَى مَا فَعَلُواْ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ [٣:١٣٥])ء |
| And He [Subhanahu] said: "... If, when they had wronged themselves, they had come to you, and asked forgiveness from God, and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they would have found God Relenting, Merciful. [4:64]" |
وقال سبحانه وتعالى: ( وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ جَآؤُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُواْ اللّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُواْ اللّهَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا [٤:٦٤])ء |
The Lord in the Quran stated that His prophets and messengers advocated [istighfar]:
Sayyidina Mohammed, Sallallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam: "... So be upright [in your conduct] before Him and seek forgiveness from Him..... [41:6]"
Prophet Hud, Prayers and Peace upon him: "And, O my people, ask forgiveness of your Lord, then turn to Him repentant; He will release the sky upon you in abundance, and He will add to you strength to your strength..... [11:52]"
Prophet Saleh Prayers and Peace upon him: "... ‘O my people, worship God! You have no god other than He. He it is Who produced you from the earth, and has given you to live therein; so ask forgiveness of Him, then turn to Him repentant. Truly my Lord is Near, Responsive’. [11:61]"
Prophet Shoaib Prayers and Peace upon him: "And ask forgiveness of your Lord, then repent to Him. Truly my Lord is Merciful, Affectionate'. [11:90]" |
والاستغفار جاء على ألسنة أنبياء الله ورسله
فعلى لسان نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم: ( فَاسْتَقِيمُوا إِلَيْهِ وَاسْتَغْفِرُوه ُ[٤١:٦])ء
وقال على لسان نبيّه هود عليه الصلاة والسلام: ( وَيَا قَوْمِ اسْتَغْفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُواْ إِلَيْهِ يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاء عَلَيْكُم مِّدْرَارًا وَيَزِدْكُمْ قُوَّةً إِلَى قُوَّتِكُمْ [١١:٥٢])ء
وجاء على لسان صالح عليه الصلاة والسلام: ( يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـهٍ غَيْرُهُ هُوَ أَنشَأَكُم مِّنَ الأَرْضِ وَاسْتَعْمَرَكُمْ فِيهَا فَاسْتَغْفِرُوهُ ثُمَّ تُوبُواْ إِلَيْهِ إِنَّ رَبِّي قَرِيبٌ مُّجِيبٌ [١١:٦١])ء
وعلى لسان شعيب عليه الصلاة والسلام ( وَاسْتَغْفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُواْ إِلَيْهِ إِنَّ رَبِّي رَحِيمٌ وَدُودٌ [١١:٩٠])ء |
[Istighfar] opens every locked issue.
[Subhanahu] said in the Quran quoting Sayyidina Mohammed Sallallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam: "And [bidding you]: 'Ask forgiveness of your Lord, then repent to Him, and He will give you fair enjoyment until a time appointed, and He will give every person of merit, [the due for]: his merit.... [11:3]" |
وبه تُفتّح مغاليق الأمور
قال سبحانه وتعالى على لسان نبيّه محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم (وَأَنِ اسْتَغْفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُواْ إِلَيْهِ يُمَتِّعْكُم مَّتَاعًا حَسَنًا إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَيُؤْتِ كُلَّ ذِي فَضْلٍ فَضْلَهُ [١١:٣]) ء |
[Istighfar] brings upon sustenance and money and children and floods of mercy.
The Almighty said that Noah, Prayers and Peace upon him, said: "saying: Ask your Lord for forgiveness. Assuredly He is ever Forgiving. [71:10] He will release the heaven for you in torrents, [71:11] and furnish you with wealth and sons, and assign to you gardens, and assign to you rivers. [71:12] " |
وبالاستغفار تُستمد الأرزاق ، ويُستكثر من المال والولد ، وتُستمطر الرّحمات
قال جل جلاله على لسان نوح عليه الصلاة والسلام: (فَقُلْتُ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفَّارًا [٧:١٠] يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاء عَلَيْكُم مِّدْرَارًا [٧:١١] وَيُمْدِدْكُمْ بِأَمْوَالٍ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ أَنْهَارًا [٧:١٢])ء |
| And with [istighfar] we should bid farewell to our dead. After the end of burial, Sallallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam used to say: ask for forgiveness for your brother, and pray for stability in response, for he is now being questioned. |
وبالاستغفار يُودّع الميت
ولذا فقد كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا فرغ من دفن الميت وقف عليه فقال: استغفروا لأخيكم وسلوا له التثبيت ؛ فإنه الآن يسأل. رواه أبو داود |
| Sayyidina Mohammed, Sallallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam, for whom The Lord had forgiven all his past and future sins used to say: "By Allah, I ask The Lord for forgiveness more than seventy times each day". And Abu Huraira, may The Lord be pleased with him, said: "I haver never seen anyone asking for forgiveness than Rasulullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam". |
وقد كان الذي غُفِر له ما تقدّم من ذنبه وما تأخر عليه الصلاة والسلام يقول: والله إني لأستغفر الله وأتوب إليه في اليوم أكثر من سبعين مرة. رواه البخاري.وعن أبي هريرة قال: ما رأيت أكثر استغفاراً من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم |
| Sallallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam said: "If a slave sins, a blotch smears his heart. If he begs for forgiveness, it will be wiped and polished. If he returns to sin, it will grow and increase till it covers and stains his heart, and this is the [raan] that The Almighty Lord stated in: "No indeed! Rather the stain ([raan]) has covered their hearts for that which they earned. [83:14]". |
عن أبى هريرة رضي الله عنه عن رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم قال:"إن العبد إذا أخطأ خطيئة نكتت في قلبه نكتة فان هو نزع واستغفر صقلت فان عاد زيد فيها حتى تعلو قلبه فذلك الران الذي ذكره الله تعالي((كَلَّا ۖ بَلْ ۜ رَانَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِم مَّا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ [٨٣:١٤]). رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن صحيح |
| Al Qurtuby said: the proper asking for forgiveness [istighfar] is what severs insistence on sin, and is established in the heart and not just said from the tip of the tongue. Whoever says [astaghfiru Allah] and his hear insists on sin turns his minor (sin) to a major one. and Hasan Al-Basri said: "our [istighfar] is in need of [istighfar]" |
قال القرطبي: الاستغفار المطلوب هو الذي يحل عقد الإصرار ويثبت معناه في الجنان لا التلفظ باللسان ، فأما من قال بلسانه: استغفر الله ، وقلبه مُصِرٌّ على معصيته فاستغفاره ذلك يحتاج إلى استغفار ، وصغيرته لاحقةٌ بالكبائر. وروي عن الحسن البصري أنه قال: استغفارنا يحتاج إلى استغفار |
A man complained to Al-Hasan Al-Basry of drought; he told him: "beg The Lord for forgiveness [istaghfir Allah]".
Another complained of poverty; he told him: "beg The Lord for forgiveness [istaghfir Allah]".
Another complained of not having children; he told him: "beg The Lord for forgiveness [istaghfir Allah]".
Then he recited the ayas of forgiveness in the Quran |
شكا رجل إلى الحسن البصري الجدب ,فقال استغفر الله
وشكا إليه آخر الفقر . فقال استغفر الله
وشكا إليه آخر عدم الولد .فقال استغفر الله
وتلا عليهم جميعا آيات الاستغفار |

| Then press on from where the people press on, and seek God's forgiveness; God is Forgiving, Merciful. [2:199] |

| ...and the imploring God's pardon at daybreak [3:17] |

| And ask forgiveness of your Lord, then repent to Him. Truly my Lord is Merciful, Affectionate'. [11:90] |
وَاسْتَغْفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُواْ إِلَيْهِ إِنَّ رَبِّي رَحِيمٌ وَدُودٌ {١١:٩٠]ء |
| He said, ‘Assuredly I shall ask forgiveness for you of my Lord. Lo! He is the Forgiving, the Merciful’. [12:98] |
قَالَ سَوْفَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكُمْ رَبِّي ۖ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ [١٢:٩٨]ء |
| So be patient. Surely God’s promise is true. And ask forgiveness for your sin, and glorify with praise of your Lord at night and in the early hours. [40:55] |
فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنبِكَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ بِالْعَشِيِّ وَالْإِبْكَارِ [٤٠:٥٥]ء |
| ... So be upright [in your conduct] before Him and seek forgiveness from Him..... [41:6] |
فَاسْتَقِيمُوا إِلَيْهِ وَاسْتَغْفِرُوه ُ [٤١:٦]ء |
| Know, then, that there is no god except God, and ask forgiveness for your sin and for the believing men and believing women. And God knows your going to and fro and your place of rest. [47:19] |
فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنبِكَ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مُتَقَلَّبَكُمْ وَمَثْوَاكُمْ [٤٧:١٩]ء |
| Little of the night did they use to sleep, [51:17] and at dawns they used to seek forgiveness, [51:18] |
كَانُوا قَلِيلًا مِّنَ اللَّيْلِ مَا يَهْجَعُونَ [٥١:١٧] وَبِالْأَسْحَارِ هُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ [٥١:١٨]ء |
| saying, “Ask your Lord for forgiveness. Assuredly He is ever Forgiving. [71:10] He will release the heaven for you in torrents, [71:11] and furnish you with wealth and sons, and assign to you gardens, and assign to you rivers. [71:12] |
فَقُلْتُ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفَّارًا[٧١:١٠] يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاء عَلَيْكُم مِّدْرَارًا [٧١:١١] وَيُمْدِدْكُمْ بِأَمْوَالٍ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ أَنْهَارًا [٧١:١٢]ء |
| .... And seek forgiveness from God; assuredly God is Forgiving, Merciful. [73:20] |
....وَاسْتَغْفِرُوا اللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ [٧٣:٢٠]ء |
| then glorify with praise of your Lord and seek forgiveness from Him; for verily He is ever ready to relent. [110:3] |
فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا [١١٠:٣]ء |

| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin my body was able to commit through the strength You provided, and my ability reached through Your Graces, and my hand was extended to through the vastness of Your blessing, and while committing it I was veiled from people by Your concealment, and while doing it, my fear of You counted on Your shelter, and Your tolerance made me secure from Your Might, and I relied on Your Generosity and Clemency,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ قوي عليه بدني بعافيتك، ونالته قـُدرتي بفضل نعمتك، وانبسطت إليه يدي بسعة رزقك، واحتـَجبْتُ فيه عن الناس بسَترِك، واتــَّكلتُ فيه عند خوفي منك على أمانِك، ووَثقتُ من سَطوَتِك عليَّ فيه بحلمِك وعوَّلتُ فيه على كرم وجهك وعفوك.... فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that begets Your anger, or brings near Your discontent, or takes me close to what You forbade, or distances me from what You ordered,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ يدعو إلى غضبك، أو يُدني إلى سخطك، أو يميلُ بي إلى ما نهيتني عنهُ. أو يُباعِدُني عما دَعَوتني إليه....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I lured any of Your people to commit through my tempting, or tricked them through my deceit, and taught them what was not known of it, or beautified to them the evil in it, and I meet You tomorrow with my wrongdoings in addition the wrongdoings of others,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ استـَملتُ إليه أحداً من خلقك بِغوايتي، أو خدعتـُهُ بحيلتي فعلَّمتـُهُ منه ما جَهِلَ وزيـَّنتُ له منه ما قد عَمِلَ ولقيتـُك غداً بأوزاري وأوزارٍ مع أوزاري..فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that calls for evil and deviates from reason, and decreases prosperity and extinguishes zikr and diminishes Lordly supply,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ يدعو إلى الغـَيِّ ويُضِلُّ عن الرُّشدِ ويُقِلُّ الوَفَرَ ويمحَـقُ التـَّالدَ ويُخمِل الذكر ويُقِلُّ المَدد....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I exhausted myself committing during my days and nights, while veiled, in shame, from people by Your concealment, for there is no concealment except Yours,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ أتعَبتُ فيه جوارحي في ليلي ونهاري وقد استـَترتُ حياءً من عِبادِك بِسترِك فلا سَترَ إلاَّ ما سترتني به....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that was observed by my enemies but You diverted their harm and did not aid them disgracing me as though I was obedient, and supported me against them as though I was an ally. Till when, O Lord, do I disobey and You grace me? and I have frequently disobeyed and You did not punish me, and I kept asking of You despite my wrongdoing and You gave me. What thanks can I provide that repay a single favor You provided me?...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ رَصَدني فيه أعدائي لِهتكي، فصَرفتَ كيدهم عني ولم تـُعِنهُم على فضيحتي حتى كأني لك مُطيعٌ، ونصرتني عليهم حتى كأني لك وليٌّ، فإلى متى يا ربِّ أعصِي فَتـُمهلُني، وطالما عَصيتـُك فلم تـُؤاخِذني، وسألتـُك على سوءِ فعلي فأعطيتني، فأيُّ شكرٍ عندي يقومُ عندك بنعمةٍ مِن نِعَمِك عليَّ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I repented for doing, and swore to You and held Your allies witness that I will never go back to disobeying You; but when Satan shrewdly took hold of me, and my self-betrayal inclined me, and my inner self called on me for disobedience, I hid in shyness from people, without fear of You, despite knowing that no veil or door will hide me from You, for nothing conceals Your Vision. And so I disobeyed You, but You did not expose or reveal me, and in appearance held me equal to Your allies as if I were still obedient, following Your orders and avoiding Your prohibitions; which made me mistakenly accepted by Your pious worshipers, while no one knows my truth save You. You did not brand me with anything other than they did, and You even granted me the same favors You granted them as if I were in the same status as they were. All this is only due to Your Clemency and Grace upon me. So as You concealed my sin in this world, I beg You, O Lord, not to disgrace me with it on Judgement Day, O Most Merciful of all the merciful,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ قدَّمتُ إليك توبتي منه وواجهتـُك بِقسَمي وآليتُ بك وأشهدتُ على نفسي بذلك أولياءَك مِن عبادِك أني غيرُ عائدٍ إلى معصيتِك، فلما قصَدني إليه بكيدِهِ الشيطانُ، ومالَ بي إليهِ الخِذلانُ، ودَعتني نفسي إلى العصيانِ، استترتُ حياءً من عبادِك جُرأةً منـِّي عليك، وأنا أعلمُ أنه لا يكنـُفُني منك سِترٌ ولا بابٌ، ولا يحجُبُ نظرَك حجابٌ، فخالفتـُك إلى ما نهيتني عنه، ثمَّ ما كشفتَ السِّترَ عني ، وساويتني بأوليائك حتى كأني لا أزالُ لك مُطيعاً وإلى أمرك مُسرعاً ومِن وَعيدِك فارغاً، فلَبـَّستُ على عبادِك، ولا يعلمُ سريرتي غيرُك فلم تـَسِمني بغيرِ سَمتهم، بل أسبغتَ عليَّ مثل نعمتهم ثم فضَّلتني بذلك عليهم حتى كأني عِندك في درجتهم، وما ذاك إلا لِحلمِك وفضلِ نعمتك عليَّ. فلك الحمدُ يا مولاي فأسألك يا الله كما سترتَهُ في الدُّنيا أن لا تفضحني به يوم القيامة يا أرحم الراحمين....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I spent a night of lust planning and committing, and in the morning I come to You wearing robes of piety while meaning other than obeying You, O Lord of the Worlds,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ أسهرتُ فيه ليلتي في لذتي والتأني لإتيانهِ والتـَّخلص إلى وجوده حتى إذا أصبحتُ حضرتُ إليك بحليةِ الصَّالحين وأنا مُضمرٌ خِلاف رِضاك يا ربِّ العالمين....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin through which I brought injustice to any of Your allies, or through which I supported any of Your enemies, or during which I spoke of anything other than Your love, or attempted other than obeying You, or followed anything other than Your order,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ ظلمتُ بسببِهِ وليـّاً من أوليائك، ونصرتُ به عدواً من أعدائك، أو تكلمتُ فيه لِغيرِ محبتك، أو نهضتُ فيه إلى غيرِ طاعتك، أو ذهبتُ فيه إلى غيرِ أمرك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that begets turmoil and brings calamity, and elates the enemies, and uncovers the lid, and blocks the flow of graceful drops from the sky,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ ألهاني عما هديتنـي إليه أو أمرتنـي به أو نهيتنـي عنه، أو دَلَلْتنـي عليه مما فيه الحظ لي والبُلوغ إلى رضاك واتـِّباعُ محبـَّتك وإيثارُ القُرب منك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ نسيتـُهُ فأحصيتـَه، وتهاونتُ به فأثبتـَّهُ وجاهرتُ به فستـَرتَهُ عليَّ، ولو تـُبتُ إليك منهُ لَغفرتهُ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that made me expect Your immediate punishment, but You deferred it and blessed me with concealment that I easily blew,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ توقـَّعتُ منك قبل انـقضائِهِ تعجيلَ العقوبة فأمهلتنـي وأسبـَلتَ عليَّ ستراً فلم أرَ في هتكِهِ عني جُهداً....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin You forbade but I disobeyed You, and You warned of but I did not heed, and You showed the ugliness of but my inner self beautified it to me,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ نهيتنـي عنه فخالفتـُك إليه، وحذَّرتنـي إياه فأقمت عليه، وقبـَّحتهُ لي فزيـَّنتهُ لي نفسي....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that dismisses Your Mercy, or brings down Your wrath, or prevents Your Grace, or removes Your favors,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ يصرفُ عني رحمتك أو يُحلُّ بي نقمتـَك أو يحرمُني كرامتك، أو يـُزيلُ عني نعمتك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ غيَّرتُ بهِ أحداً من خلقِك أو قبـَّحتهُ من فعل أحدٍ من بَرِيَّتك ثم تقـَّحمتُ عليه وانتهكتـُهُ جُرأةً مني عليك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I repented, then went back to doing, and was ashamed of You while doing and feared You, yet continued and went back to,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ تـُبتُ إليك منهُ، وأقدمتُ على فعلِهِ فاستحييتُ منك وأنا عليه، ورهِبتـُك وأنا فيه ثم استَقلتـُك منه وعُدتُ إليه....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that angered You at me, and for everything I should have done because of a pledge I made or a promise I made then broke for no reason other than my arrogance,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ أغضبَك عليَّ ولكل شيءٍ كان يجب عليَّ فعلُه بسببِ عهدٍ عاهدتـُكَ عليه أو عَقِد عقدتـُهُ لك أو ذِمِّةٍ آليتُ بها لأجلك لا لأحدٍ من خلقِك ثم نقضتُ ذلك من غير ضرورةٍ لزمتنـي فيه بلِ استزلَّني عن الوفاء بها البَطر، واستحَطَّني من رعايتها الأشر....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I was able to commit because of a grace You bestowed upon me, but which I used in disobeying You and violating Your orders and disregarding Your warnings,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ لحقنـي بسبب نعمةٍ أنعمت بها عليَّ فتقَويَّتُ بها على معاصيك، وخالفتُ فيها أمرَك و تقدَّمتُ بها على وعيدك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin during which I preferred my lust to obeying You, and preferred what I love over Your order, so I satisfied my inner self by angering You and subjected it to Your punishment, for You had prohibited and and notified, and warned to hold me accountable. For this I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ قدَّمتُ فيه شهوتي على طاعتك، وآثرتُ فيه محبَّتي على أمرك فأرضيتُ نفسي بغضبك، وعرَّضتها لسخطك، إذ نهيتـني بنهيك، وتقدَّمتَ إليَّ فيه بإنذارك، وأقمت الحجَّة عليَّ فيه بوعيدك فأستغفرك اللَّهُمَّ وأتوب إليك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ علِمتـُهُ من نفسي فأنسيتـُهُ أو ذكرتـُهُ أو تعمَّدتُهُ أو أخطأتـُهُ وهو مما لا شكَّ أنك سائِلي عنه، وأنَّ نفسي به مُرتَهنةً لَديك وإن كنت قد نسيتـُهُ وغفَلتْ عنه نفسي....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I confronted You with, certain that You were seeing me, and intended to repent but failed to remember to ask for forgiveness and Satan made me forget about it,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ دخلتُ فيه بحسنِ ظنـِّي فيك أنك لا تعذِّبـُني عليه، ورَجوَتك فأقدمتُ عليه وقد عوَّلتُ نفسي على معرفتي بكرمك أن لا تفضحني به بعد إذ سترتـَهُ عليَّ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |

| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that brings afflictions and sorrows, and begets indignation and calamities, and results in misery and regret on Judgement Day,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ يُورثُ الأسقامِ والضَّنا ويُوجب النقَمَ والبلاء ويكون يوم القيامة حسرةً وندامةً....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that is followed by misery and regret, and blocks Your favors, and turns down prayers (duaa),...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ يُعقبُ الحسرةَ ويُورثُ النـَّدامةَ ويحبسُ الرزقَ ويرُدُّ الدُّعاء....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin my words praised, or I longed and lusted for, or I endorsed and said, or did, or wrote, or committed, or tempted anyone into doing,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ مدحتـُهُ بلساني أو أضمرتـُهُ بجنَاني أو هشَّت إليه نفسي، أو أثبتـُّهُ بلساني أو أتيتـُهُ بفعالي أو كتبتـُهُ بيدي أو ارتكبتـُهُ بقوَّتي أو أغريتُ به أحداً من عبادك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I did in the privacy of my nights or days, and took cover so no one sees me doing it save You, O Mighty, and was reluctant in doing it and hesitated between abandoning it in fear of You or doing it out of good expectations from You, and my inner self enticed me to commit it while I knew I was disobeying You,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ خلَوتُ به في ليلي ونهاري، وأرخَيتُ عليَّ فيه الأستارَ حيثُ لا يراني فيه إلا أنت يا جبَّارُ، فارتابت نفسي فيه وتحيَّرتُ بين تركي له لخوفِكَ وانتهاكي لهُ لِحُسن الظنِّ فيك، فسَوَّلت لي نفسي الإقدامَ عليه وأنا عارفٌ بمعصيتي فيه لك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I trivialized but You magnified, and I belittled but You amplified, and my ignorance led me to,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ استـَقللتـُهُ فاستعظمتـَه، واستصغَرتـُهُ فاستكبَرتـَهُ، أوردني فيه جهلي به....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin by which I misled any of Your people, or wronged any of Your creatures, or which was beautified to me by my inner self, or I unintentionally showed to others, or deliberately insisted on, or unknowingly persisted in,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ أضللتُ به أحداً من خلقك أو أسأتُ به إلى أحدٍ من بريَّتك أو زيَّنتهُ لي نفسي أو أشرتُ به إلى غيري، أو دللتُ عليه بسهوي أو أصررتُ عليه بعمدي أو أقمت عليه بجهلي....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ خُنتُ فيه أمانتي أو حسـَّنتْ نفسي لي فعلهُ أو قدَّمتُ فيهِ عَليك شهوتي أو آثرتُ فيهِ لذتي، أو سعَيتُ فيه لِغيري، أو قـَهرتُ عليه من غالبني، أو غـُلبتُ عليه بفكرتي أو استزلـَّني إليه ميلي....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I tricked anyone to aid me in committing which brought them nearer to Your anger, or through which I lured anyone to disobey You, or I did in flattery to anyone, or deceived them pretending my deed was for You while my intention was disobeying You,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ استعنتُ عليه بحيلة تـُدني مِن غضبكَ أحداً أو استـَظهرتُ بنيله على أهل طاعتك أو استملتُ بهِ أحداً من خلقك إلى معصيتك أو رُمتـُهُ أو راءيت بهِ عبادك، أو لبـَّستُ عليهم بِفعالي كأني بحيلتي أريدكَ والمرادُ به مَعصيتك، والهوى منصرفٌ عن طاعتك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ كتبته عليّ بسبب عُجبٍ كان مني بنفسي أو رياء، أو سمعةٍ أو حقدٍ أو شحناء أو خيانة أو خُيلاء، أو فرح أو مرح أو ترح أو عَندٍ أو حسد أو أشرٍ أو بطـَرٍ أو حميـّة أو عصبية أو غضب أو رضاء أو رجاء أو شحٍّ أو سخاءٍ أو ظلم أو حيلةٍ أو سرقةٍ أو كذبٍ أو عيبةٍ أو لهو أو لغو أو نميمةٍ أو لعبٍ أو نوعٍ من الأنواع، مما تكتـَسَبُ بمثله الذنوبُ ويكون في اتباعه العطب والحوبُ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin which, while doing, I feared anyone other than You, or opposed any of Your allies, or allied any of Your enemies, or let down any of Your loved ones, or subjected myself to Your anger,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ رهبتُ فيه سواك وعاديت فيه أولياءَك وواليت فيه أعداءك وخذلت فيه أحبـَّاءك وتعرّضت فيه لشيءٍ من غضبك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin which You previously knew that I was going to commit because of Your Might and Omnipotence through which You prevailed over me and over everything else,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ سبَق في علمك أني فاعلـُهُ بقـُدرتك التي قدرت بها عليَّ واقتدرت بها على كل شيءٍ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I repented to You then went back to doing, and broke the pledge I made, in transgression on my part because of my knowledge of Your clemency,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ تبتُ إليك منه ثمّ عدتُ فيه ونقضتُ فيه العهد فيما بيني وبينك جرأةً مني عليك لمعرفتي بعفوك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that draw me near to Your punishment, or distanced me from Your reward, or blocked Your Mercy, or clouded upon me Your favors,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ أدناني من عذابكَ أو انآني عن ثوابك أو حجب عني رحمتكَ أو كدَّر عليَّ نعمتكَ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin through which I untied any knot You tied, or tied any knot You untied, or forbade any favor You promised, or prevented anyone a deserved favor,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ حَللتُ بهِ عَقداً شددتهُ أو شددت به عقداً حللتـُهُ أو حُرمت بهِ خيراً وعدته أو حرمتُ به نفساً خيراً تستـَحقهُ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I committed by using the comprehensive well-being You provided, or was able to do using Your favors, or I used it to avoid harm, or was able to reach because of Your bounties; and from any good I intended for Your sake but my self greed intervened to Your disliking,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ ارتكبتـُه بشمول عافِيتكَ أو تمكنتُ منهُ بفضلِ نعمتـك أو تقويتُ به على دفع سوءٍ عني أو مددتُ إليه يدي بسبوغ رِزقكَ عليّ، أو إلى خير أردتُ به وجهكَ الكريم فخالطني فيه شحُّ نفسي بما ليس فيه رضاك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin called for by my greed and insistence, till I permitted myself what You forbid,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ خفي على خلقك ولم يعزب عنك، فاستـَقـَلتـُكَ منهُ فأقلتني ثم عدتُ فيهِ فسترتـَهُ عليَّ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that my foot stepped towards, or my hand extended to, or my sight regarded, or my ears listened to, or my tongue uttered, or I spoiled in it what You favored me, then I asked You for favors despite my disobedience and You gave me, then I used Your favors to disobey You and You veiled me, and I asked for more and You did not prevent me, then I faced You after the increase and You did not expose me, and I continue insisting in disobeying yet You continue gracing me with Your Kindness and Clemency, O Most Generous of the generous,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ خطوتُ إليه برجلي أو مددتُ إليه يدي أو تأملته ببصري أو أصغيتُ إليه بأذني أو أنطقتُ به لساني أو أتلفتُ فيه ما رزقتني، ثمَّ استرزقتـك على عصياني فرَزقتني، ثمَّ استعنتُ برزقكَ على عصيانكَ فسترتـَهُ عليَّ وسألتك الزيادة فلم تحرمني، ثمَّ جاهرتك بعد الزيادة فلم تفضحني فلا أزالُ مصرّاً على عصيانكَ ولا تزالُ عائداً عليَّ بحلمك وإحسانك يا أكرم الأكرمين....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin which, if trivial, deserves Your painful punishment, and, if significant, brings upon me Your extreme wrath, and doing it hastens Your displeasure, and persisting in it abolishes Your favors and bestowals,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |

| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin no one witnessed or knew about save You, and which only Your pardon can save me from, and only Your forgiveness and clemency can encompass,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ لم يطلع عليه أحدٌ سواك ولم يعلم به أحدٌ غيركَ مما لا ينجيني منه إلا عفوك ولا يسعه إلا مغفرتـك وحِلمكَ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that eradicates graces, and begets wrath, and violates sanctuaries, and brings regret, and prolongs ailment and hastens agony,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ يزيلُ النـِّعم، ويـُحِلُّ النـِّقـم ويـهتـكُ الحُرمَ ويورثُ النـَّدم ويطيلُ السـَّقم ويـُعجِّلُ الألم....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that abolishes good deeds, and multiplies wrongdoings, and begets wrath, and displeases You O Lord of the Heavens,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ يمحقُ الحسناتِ ويضاعف السيئاتِ ويـُحلَّ النـَّقمات ويغضبك يا ربَّ السمواتِ....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin which You initially concealed and You will rightfully forgive, for You are “..worthy to be feared, and worthy to forgive.” (74:56)...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ ظلمتُ بسببه وليـّاً من أوليائكَ مساعدة لأعدائكَ وميلاً معً أهل معصيتك على أهل طاعتك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that my indulgence in earned me humiliation and made me lose hope for the gentleness of Your Mercy, and made me give up discontinuing it because of its gravity and because I knew my self's evilness...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لِكل ذنبٍ ألبسني كثرة انهماكي فيه ذلـّة وآيسني من جود رحمتك أو قصَّر بي البأس عن الرجوع لمعرفتي بعظيم جُرمي، وسوء ظني بنفسي....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that would have brought devastation were it not for Your Clemency and Mercy, and would have destined me to the land of perdition, and taken me through the paths of destruction, were it not for Your guidance,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ يُميتُ القلب ويُشعل الكربَ، ويَشغل الفكر، ويُرضي الشيطان ويسخطُ الرحمن....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that begets despair of Your Mercy, and hopelessness for Your forgiveness, and deprivation of the vastness of Your bounties,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ يُعـقبُ اليأس من رحمتك والقنوط من مغفرتك والحرمانَ من سعة ما عندك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I hated myself for doing out of reverence for You, and I displayed repentance and You accepted, and I asked for clemency and You provided, then my whim took me back to doing in greed for Your Mercy and Generous Forgiveness, forgetting Your warning and hoping for Your beautiful promise,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ مـقتُّ عليه نفسي إجلالاً لك وأظهرتُ لك التوبة فقبلتَ، وسألتك العفو فعفوت ثم عاد بي الهوى إلى معاودته طمعاً في رحمتك، وكرم عفوك، ناسياً لوعيدك، راجياً لجميل وعدك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that blackens the face on the day when the faces of Your allies are whitened and the faces of Your enemies are blackened, if they "turned to one another, blaming each other" (68:30) and You say: "Do not dispute in My presence, for I had already given you the threat."50:28)...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ يوجب سواد الوجه يوم تبيضُّ وجوه أوليائك وتسودُّ وجوه أعدائك إذا أقبل بعضهم على بعض يتلاومون فتقول: (لا تختصموا لديَّ وقد قدمت إليكم بالوعيد)....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I tried to hide and keep silent about and not mention, ashamed from You, but knowing that You knew it, for You know "the secret and what is even more hidden" (20:7),...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ فهمته وصمتُّ عنه بحياءٍ منك عند ذكره وكتمتـُه في صدري، وعلمته مني فإنك تعلمُ السرَّ وأخفى....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that uglifies me to Your worshipers, and alienates me to Your allies, and isolates me from Your obedient followers by the lonesomeness of disobedience and insubordination and sin,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ يُبغـّضني إلى عبادِك، ويُـنفِّـر عني أولياءك، ويُوحشني من أهل طاعتك بوحشة المعاصي، ورُكوب الحوب، وارتكاب الذنوب....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that calls for atheism, and prolongs introspection, and begets poverty, and brings hardship, and blocks good, and rips concealment, and prevents prosperity,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ يدعو إلى الكفر ويُطيلُ الفكر ويُورث الفقرَ، ويجلبُ العسر، ويَصُدُّ عن الخير ويهتك الستر ويمنعُ اليُسر....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that speeds endings, and cuts hope, and mars deeds,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ لا يُنالُ به عهدُك ولا يؤمنُ معه من غضبك ولا تـُنزلُ به رحمتك، ولا تدوم به نعمتـُك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |

اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ استخفيتُ به في ضوء النهار عن عبادك وبادرتـُك به في ظـُلمة الليل جرأةً مني عليك على أنِِّي أعلم أنَّ السرَّ عندك علانية وأنَّ الخُفية عندك بارزةٌ وأنه لا يمنعُ منك مانعٌ ولا ينفعُ مالٌ ولا بنون إلاّ من أتى الله بقلبٍ سليم....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that brings ignoring Your mention (zikr) or is followed by neglect to Your warning, or increase in feeling secure from Your plotting, or brings loss of hope for Your Graces,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ يُورثُ النسيان لذكرك أو يُعقبُ الغفلةَ عن تحذيرك أو يتمادى به الأمنُ من مكرك أو يُؤيسُني من خير ما عندك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin that I committed because of my blaming You for the delay in sustenance, and my complaining and resenting, and my inclination to Your people by humbling myself and pleading to them, while You made me hear You saying in Your clear and precise Book: "yet they did not humble themselves to their Lord, nor did they devote themselves to prayer (23:76),...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ لحِقني بسببِ عٌتبي عليك في احتباس الرزق عليّ وشكايتي منك وإعراضي عنك ومَيلي إلى عبادك بالاستكانة لهم والتـّضرع إليهم وقد أسمعتني قولك في مُحكم كتابك: (فما استكانوا لربِّهم وما يتضرَّعون)....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I committed because of a hardship during which I asked for aid and begged for help from someone else, and sought the support of one of Your people,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ لـَزمني بسبب كربةٍ استعنتُ عندها بغيرك واستغثتُ فيها بسواك واشتددتُ فيها بعبدٍ من عبادك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin I committed because of my fear of someone else, or which caused me to plead for someone else, or lured me to greed for what someone else has, so I preferred to obey him and disobey You, to obtain what he has, despite knowing my need for and dependence on You,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ حملـَني عليه الخوفُ من غيرك أو دعاني إلى التضرع بأحدٍ من خلقك أو استمالني إلى الطمع فيما عندَ غيرك فآثرتُ طاعتهُ في معصيتك استجلاباً لما في يده وأنا أعلم بحاجتي إليك كما لا غنى لي عنك....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin my inner self set me up to, and belittled and diminished it till it entangled me with it,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ مثـّلت لي نفسي استـقلالهُ وصوَّرت لي استصغاره وقلـّـلتهُ حتى ورَّطتني فيه....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every sin Your Pen destined and Your knowledge encompassed till the end of my time, and for all my sins, my first and last, my deliberate and my unintentional, their few and their plenty, their minute and their gross, the old and the new, the secret and the overt, and what I am guilty of for all my life,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ جرى به قـلمك وأحاط به علمُك فيّ وعليّ إلى آخر عمري ولجميع ذنوبي كلها أولها وآخرها، عمْدها وخطئها، قليلها وكثيرها، دقيقها وجليلها، قديمها وحديثها، خفيّها وعلانيـتها ولِما أنا به مُذنب في جميع عمري....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg You to forgive every one of my sins, and I beg You to forgive every injustice I brought on any person, for I owe Your people a lot of dues and injustices for which I am accountable. O Lord, if they are many, they belittle in front of Your Pardon. |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك لكل ذنبٍ لي وأسألك أن تغفر لي ما أحصيتَ عليّ من مظالمِ العبادِ قِبلي فإنّ لعبادِك عليَّ حقوقاً ومظالم وأنا بها مُرتهن. اللهم وإن كانت كثيرةً فإنها في جنب عفوك يسيرةُ. |
| O Lord, and if I owe any of Your people any injustice I forced upon them whether in their property or money or honor or body, whether dead or absent or present, and he came asking for his right and I could not return it and was not pardoned by him, I ask You by Your Generosity and Grace and by the expanse of what You have to repay them back on my behalf, and don't make me owe anything that will reduce my deeds; for You have what satisfies them and I do not; and do not make their injustices overcome my good deeds on judgement day,...so please O Lord, send prayers, greetings and blessings upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and forgive it, O Best Forgiver. |
اللَّهُمَّ وأيـُّما عبدٍ من عبادك أو أمةٍ من إمائك كانت له مظلمةُ عندي قد غصبته عليها في أرضه أو ماله أو عرضه أو بدنه مات أو غابَ أو حضرَ هو أو خصمهُ يطالبني بها ولم أستطع أن أردها إليه ولم أستحللها منه فأسألك بكرمك وجودك وسعةِ ما عندك أن تـُرضهم عني ولا تجعل لهم عليّ شيئاً ينقص حسناتي فإن عندك ما يرضيهم عني وليس عندي ما يُرضيهم عني ولا تجعل يوم القيامة لسيئاتهم على حسناتي سبيلا....فصلِّ يا ربِّ وسلـّم وبارك على سيِّدنا محمد وعلى آل سيـِّدنا محمد واغفِره لي يا خير الغافرين |
| O Lord, I beg for Your Forgiveness in this time for myself, my parents and all the believers, men and women, the living of them and the dead, for You are our only support till eternity; and please forgive us what has and will occur till judgement day, "And their final prayer will be: 'Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds'." (10:10) |
اللَّهُمَّ إني أستغفرك بهذا الاستغفار في وقتي هذا لي ولوالديّ ولجميع المؤمنين والمؤمنات الأحياء منهم والأموات فأنت لنا أبد الآبدين واغفر لنا به ما كان وما هو كائن إلى يوم الدين وآخر دعواهم أن الحمدلله رب العالمين. |
| I beg for the forgiveness of The Lord, whom there is no God except Him, The Living, The Eternal, and I repent to Him a repentance that increases with every eye blink, and with every breath, a hundred thousand times, that lasts with the lasting of The Lord who is Everlasting, without termination or end, for eternal ever. Begging You to accept, O He, O whom there is no God save He. |
أستغفر الله الذي لا إله إلا هوَ الحي القيوم ، وأتوب إليه استغفاراً يزيدُ في كل طرفة عين وتحريك نفس مائة ألف ضعف يدوم مع دوام الله ويبقى مع بقاء الله الذي لا فناء ولا زوال ولا انتقال لملكه أبد الآبدين ودهر الداهرين سرمداً في سرمدٍ استجب يا هو يا من لا إله إلا هو. |
O Lord, please send prayers upon Sayyidina Mohammed and the family of Sayyidina Mohammed and send abundant peace and greetings, prayers that continue as long as You, and last as long as You, and which never end without Your knowledge; prayers that satisfy You and gratify him, and through which You are pleased with me, O Lord of all worlds, and thanks and gratitude to the Lord for this. |
اللَّهُمَّ صلِّ على سيدنا محمدٍ وعلى آل سيدنا محمدٍ وسلـَّم تسليماً كثيراً صلاةً دائمةً بدوامِك، باقيةً ببقائِك لا منتهى لها دون علمك، صلاةً تـُرضيك وتـُرضيه وتـَرضى بها عنـّي يا ربَّ العلامين وسلـِّم كذلك والحمدلله على ذلك، |
| “Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of Might, above what they describe. And peace upon the messengers. And praise to Allah, Lord of all worlds.” [37:180-182] |
سبحان ربـِّك ربِّ العزة عمـَّا يصفون وسلامٌ على المرسلين والحمدُ للهِ ربِّ العالمين. |
